The Marketing & PR Executive will play a key functional role in raising the profile of the agency, supporting with marketing administration, content creation, some PR outreach, social media, event organisation, and other day-to-day marketing activity. You’ll be delivering consistent, high-quality marketing that reflects our brand. This role also includes some aspects of office administration, staff entertainment organisation, including catering responsibilities, working on managing those budgets with a Finance Manager/Director.
We are looking for someone who has 1 years' experience in Marketing & PR.
Key Responsibilities- Content & Social Media: Support the creation of social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels; Drafting posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement; Assisting with writing blogs and case studies; Helping to maintain the agency website with fresh, relevant content.
- PR & Communications: Support PR outreach, including building media lists and drafting press releases; Monitoring industry news, trends, and competitor activity; Tracking press coverage and maintaining reporting dashboards; Assisting with award submissions – working in collaboration with Client Services, Planning & Creative; Organising speaking opportunities.
- Campaign & Project Support: Helping with the coordination of marketing campaigns and internal promotional activity; Assisting with asset creation (briefing designers, gathering content, proofreading); Supporting the organisation of events, webinars, and client showcases.
- Brand & Internal Marketing: Working with Head of New Business & Marketing to ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications; Assisting with the updating credentials decks, pitch materials, and case studies; Supporting internal culture initiatives and agency-wide communications.
- Agency Culture: Attending monthly social committee’s and bi-monthly Belong meetings and actively contributing to the events being arranged; Arrange adhoc events, i.e. setting up the office for training and social events, purchasing, organising and preparing food and drinks for all social events and every Thursday; Organising the annual Summer and Christmas Parties; Purchasing food on a Wednesday for the agency’s weekly lunch; Working with an internal agency team helping to prepare for an upcoming office move.
