The Role As our Account Director, you'll take ownership of the agency's largest, multi-service accounts, co-ordinating marketing activity across PR, Social Media & Digital Marketing, This is a senior Client Services role: you'll lead commercial negotiations on these relationships and manage and develop junior members of the Client Services team. You'll report into the Head of Client Services and work with them directly on process development and best practice across the wider team, alongside working closely with creative, press and social to make sure delivery across your accounts is seamless.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within an integrated marketing agency or within a multi-site hospitality group
- A track record of managing large, multiservice accounts and complex client relationships
- Experience leading commercial contract negotiations, extensions and renewals
- Proven people management experience, comfortable leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
- A track record of delivering fully integrated campaigns that achieve measurable results
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- A genuine interest in hospitality and an understanding of the sector's nuances
- Flexibility to work remotely and travel for client meetings and agency collaboration
