We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our welcoming and professional team in Carshalton, situated within the London Borough of Sutton. With more than 50 years of industry experience, we proudly hold the PRCA's Communications Management Standard at its highest Platinum tier.
As an Account Manager, you will create a wide range of written content, including technical articles, press releases, case studies, advertorials, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, web copy, video scripts and both short & long-form social media posts. You will work to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ products, technology, and brand to ensure consistency in tone, personality, and style across all activities.
Reporting to our team of Account Directors, you will oversee the daily management of accounts, build strong client relationships, pitch ideas & stories which result in exceptional media coverage, collaborate with our in-house design team, grow our client’s social media channels, attend meetings & events, and assist in event/exhibition management.
Hybrid working

Tuesdays and Thursdays are spent together at our spacious & modern offices in Carshalton, and you are welcome to work from home, or the agency, on Mondays and Wednesdays. On Fridays we all work remotely.

PR Account Manager requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in PR, journalism, content creation, or marketing, with a proven track record of producing exceptional written content.
- Education: Degrees in arts, media, or public relations are highly desirable. Qualifications from NCTJ, PRCA, or CIPR are a plus.
- Skills: Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for media, including social media.
- Creativity: A flair for creativity and innovation.
