We are seeking a creative, collaborative and passionate individual who is eager to build a career in purpose-driven communications. You will join our Bristol office for a three-month internship and will have the opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of national and international clients spanning energy, finance, food and nature conservation.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and making a positive difference and will enjoy being part of a supportive team where everyone is working to a common goal.
Essential skills and experience- Skilled writer, able to communicate messages clearly and compellingly across different channels and formats.
- Digital native with proficiency in social media and AI.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks to tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Familiarity with and interest in the media landscape.
- Understanding of environmental issues and sustainability trends.
- Working and/or academic background in one or more of our priority sectors – energy transition, sustainable finance, food systems, nature restoration.
- Experience using digital platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp.
- Passionate about making a positive difference to the world.

Greenhouse is an award-winning integrated agency that uses the power of communications to drive positive social and environmental change. We are a team of 50 consultants based in London and Bristol, working on national and global campaigns spanning food, finance, energy, clean tech and nature. We are a certified B Corp, committed to ensuring that our business is a force for good.
Salary and benefits- £28,000 (pro-rated for 3-month contract).
- Flexible working: core hours between 10am-4pm and a minimum of two days per week based in the Bristol office.
- Early finish Fridays (we finish at 3pm every Friday).
- 25 days holiday (plus your birthday and office closure between Christmas and New Year).
