We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Assistant to join PRM Group at our Lisburn site, supporting the Cook Manager to run the canteen facility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
- Ensuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard
- To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene
- Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area
- Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date
- Operation of till
- Other operational duties when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous Experience working in a similar role
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
- Basic Food Hygiene
Hours of work
Monday – Friday 8.00/9.00am – 4.00pm (to be confirmed). Flexible hours may be required on a Saturday as part of a rota.
