The Opportunity

What You’ll be Doing
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the company’s sales strategy within key FMCG accounts throughout Ireland & GB.
- Identify and secure new customer opportunities while expanding revenue streams within existing accounts.
- Ability to understand and articulate customer needs and requirements.
- Deliver against the agreed commercial targets.
- Occasionally travel throughout the UK and Ireland as required to support customer relationships and business development activities.
- Managing a range of more than 20 category leading brands, our own brands and local artisanal brands.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience within a sales, business development, account management, or commercial role ideally within the FMCG market in Ireland.
- Ready to progress in career development.
- Proven track record of winning new business and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of short shelf‑life products and the commercial and operational challenges associated with them.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Full valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
