Location: PRM Distribution Lisburn

We now wish to recruit for the following position: Assistant Cook (Ref No: AC27/02)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day to day running of the canteen facility.
  • Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Ensure the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area.
  • Manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.
  • Operation of till.
  • Other operational duties when required.

The Person:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • The ability to demonstrate great teamwork skills.
  • Basic Food Hygiene.

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm to include a Saturday morning as part of a rota. (Hours may be subject to change during holiday times)
