What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate the flow of information across the business and to our valued customer base
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our retail partners
- Provide essential administrative and operational support to a busy Sales Team
- Help streamline processes to ensure the team operates at its very best
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Manage your own workload efficiently to meet deadlines and business priorities
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Accurate and confident keyboard and data entry skills
- A self-motivated, proactive approach to your work
- A genuine team player mentality with a positive attitude
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff at all levels
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative or customer facing role (desirable but not essential)
