The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Assistant to join PRM Group at our Lisburn site, supporting the Cook Manager to run the canteen facility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
  • Ensuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard.
  • To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene
  • Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area
  • Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.
  • Operation of till
  • Other operational duties when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Experience working in a similar role
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
  • Basic Food Hygiene

Hours of work

Monday - Friday 8.00/9.00am - 4.00pm (to be confirmed). Flexible hours may be required on a Saturday as part of a rota.
