The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our finance team at PRM Group, supporting a range of important financial functions in a varied and engaging role. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail orientated, enjoys working with numbers and is eager to develop their skills and knowledge within a supportive and professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process delivery dockets through to invoice in an accurate and timely manner
- Process credit notes and send invoices electronically to customers
- Assist the Credit Controller with day to day tasks and queries
- Register and code purchase invoices onto the Purchase Ledger System
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries promptly
- Support the wider finance team in meeting processing and reporting deadlines
- Provide occasional reception cover as part of a flexible and supportive team
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade C or above, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to your work
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A positive, can do attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop
