The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

We are looking for someone to join our Order Processing Team who has experience in processing orders, general customer service and working within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inbound and outbound client calls, e mails, facsimile and EDI orders within agreed timescales as part of a Telesales team
  • Processing customer orders on computer system
  • Recording customer requirements
  • Building strong relationships with all customers
  • Provide excellence in customer service
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure order fulfilment is achieved

The successful candidate must be highly motivated to meet and achieve targets and be proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications. Successful applicants must have an excellent telephone manner, be reliable and have a flexible approach to their work.

Hours of work are as follows as part of a working rota which will include weekends:

  • 7.30am - 4pm
  • 8.30am - 5pm
  • 11.00am - 7.30pm (Conclusion of evening shift)
