- Experience: 5+ years UK groundworks, 2+ years in supervisory role.
- Quals: NVQ Level 3 in Civil Engineering / Supervision. SMSTS.
- Cards: CSCS Gold Supervisor Card.
- Skills: Reading civils drawings, setting out, understanding drainage fall calculations.
- Other: Full UK driving licence, knowledge of utilities CAT & Genny.

AM: Site walk, toolbox talk, check plant + crews, review drawings.
Day: Supervise foundations/drainage pours, set-out checks, coordinate with other trades.
