Our client is seeking a temporary Warehouse Operative to join them asap to cover a period of sickness.
Job Description:
- To assist in the day-to-day operation of all aspects of the stores, including packing, dispatch and stock picking.
- To carry out stock audits as and when required.
- Use PC (Office applications) on a day-to-day basis.
- To be willing to be trained on forklift equipment if required.
- To ensure that stores are kept clean and tidy.
Person Specification:
- Experience of goods in and out processes.
- Reasonably physically fit (this is a physical role).
- PC literate.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Logical thinking.
- Flexible with the ability to work within a small team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work on their own.
