Prize Placements are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join a thriving Global FMCG organisation based in Sutton, Surrey. The ideal Sales Support candidate will work 4 days in the office and 1 day at home (Hybrid).
The key responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for suppliers/customers – responsible for building strong relationships and providing excellent sales support / customer service both internally and externally
- Support the sales and purchasing divisions
- Receive customer orders both by email and phone and process via the ERP system
- Dealing with queries both from the sales team and purchasing teams
The ideal Sales Support Representative must have:
- Excellent communications skills – both on telephone and ability to write structured, professional emails
- Highly numerate – ensuring attention to detail on quotes, orders received, spreadsheets and comfortable working with Salesforce and/or JDEdwards
- Experience managing order processing coordination
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
