An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a part-time GP Receptionist. Experience within a GP's is not required, however you must be calm and diplomatic and confident dealing with patients.

Hours of work:

  • Monday: 13:00-19:00
  • Tuesday: 13:00-19:00
  • Wednesday: 13:00-19:00

These hours are set and will not be variable. The person will be responsible for undertaking a varied range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the team.

Duties can include:

  • Greeting and directing patients
  • Patient registration
  • Booking appointments
  • Processing of information (electronic and hard copy)
  • Assisting patients as required
  • Using the e-Referrals System to book patients in
