Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer – Sutton - £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) **F-Gas Category 1 qualification – Essential ** Prize Placements are looking for an experienced and reliable Air Conditioning Refrigeration Engineer to join our key client based in Sutton, Surrey.
This is a mobile role, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding and reactive breakdown works across a wide range of commercial client sites, including bakeries, gyms, retail premises and other commercial environments.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their own workload and representing the company professionally while on customer sites.
A company van will be provided, together with the support and equipment required to carry out the role.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Attend reactive call-outs and breakdowns.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
Service, maintain and repair a variety of AC and refrigeration systems.
Identify additional remedial works and report recommendations back to the office.
