An Air Conditioning Installation Engineer is required by our client, a distinguished HVAC Engineering firm that has been experiencing growth since its establishment over two decades ago. The firm offers clients a complete turnkey solution encompassing the design, installation, and servicing of HVAC systems. In light of continued success and business expansion, another Installation Engineer is necessary for their award-winning Projects division.
The role involves the installation of various Air Conditioning systems within commercial properties, predominantly located in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, and Sussex. There will be occasional travel to locations beyond, including London.
Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience
Overtime paid at a rate of 1.5 times the standard
Company Van available with optional personal usage
Travel expenses covered for journeys exceeding 30 minutes each way

Air Conditioning Installation Engineer Job Requirements
Residence in Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex, or Berkshire
Proficiency in installing a variety of HVAC systems, including VRVs, VRFs, Splits, Multi Splits, and AHUs
Experience in overseeing sub-contractors on-site
Possession of Fgas Cat 1 certification
Valid and Full UK Driving Licence
Flexibility to travel and occasionally stay overnight
F-Gas Category 1 qualification – essential.
Previous experience working as an Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration Engineer.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience carrying out both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently.
Company van provided.

Accommodation arranged/paid for when working away where applicable.
When staying away overnight, reasonable subsistence/meal expenses will be reimbursed up to £20 per night, subject to receipts being provided
