We are currently recruiting for a confident Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a full-time permanent basis.
They are looking for a friendly, confident candidate with previous experience in Administration or Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers via telephone, email or face to face
Taking details of orders and inputting information accurately onto the inhouse database
Advising on availability of stock and delivery dates
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues
Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times
Person Specification:
Previous Administration and customer service skills
Possess excellent communication Skills
Be numerate and literate
Have excellent PC Skills
Be able to work either on your own or as part of a team
Ability to act in a calm and professional manner at all times
Proactive, and positive, with a ‘can-do attitude
Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
Ability to multitask
