Our client is seeking a bright, well educated Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
To be suitable, you MUST
Have 5 GCSEs grade 7 or above, including Maths & English
Educated to degree level
Good Microsoft Excel/Word skills
Experience of working in an office environment.
Able to organise/prioritise workload and meet deadlines, excellent time-
management and able to understand and respond to business priorities.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently
Keen to learn and develop personal skill set
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with retailers and colleagues
Able to multi-task
A committed team member
Reliable and enthusiastic
Able to adapt to change and willing to support the business as required
Willing to take on a challenge
Main Duties:
• Key account support – working closely with Account Managers & retailers
• Managing an outbound call cycle and providing support for assigned retailers
• Account management of certain key retailers
• Monitor the Sales Support mailbox
• Managing stock allocation within the business guidelines
• Process faulty product returns within agreed KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Ensure invoices are correctly processed against the correct budgets
• Release orders on online ordering platform
• Coordinate with external delivery partners and retailers to secure bookings for deliveries where required
• Answer calls on the group line from retailers
• Support the Financial Centre of Excellence with second level credit control support
• Support ad hoc projects impacting Operations
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements
