Are you a commercially driven, relationship-focused leader? Then help shape the future performance of Park Inn by Radisson Aberdeen. This hands‑on commercial role focuses on proactive business development, corporate relationships, meetings & events growth and enquiry conversion. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and hotel teams to drive revenue opportunities across the business while building strong local partnerships and long‑term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving New Business
- You’ll be the face of the hotel in the local market:
- Building relationships with businesses, agencies and event organizers
- Growing corporate, meetings & events and group business
- Networking, hosting show rounds and identifying new opportunities
- Developing partnerships that generate long‑term value
- Owning Commercial Performance
- You’ll help shape and deliver the hotel’s commercial direction:
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Protecting profitability and rate integrity
- Using performance data to identify opportunities and risks
- Supporting the hotel’s wider commercial strategy
- Leading Enquiry Conversion
- You’ll help turn opportunities into confirmed revenue:

- Working Across the Hotel

The role is full‑time and predominantly hotel based Monday to Friday. Business needs may require some evening and weekend work when entertaining clients, and occasional travel to trade shows.
