SAPol Operations is a specialised vehicle fleet fitment branch and is committed to providing a first‑class service to the South Australian Police and wider Government Services industry.

Position

We are currently seeking a motorbike enthusiast to fit (or strip) a range of accessories and equipment in our client\’s fleet of motorbikes and other vehicles. Ideally suited to someone who is either mechanically or electrically minded. This position is based at our Netley workshop in South Australia.

If you are willing and eager to learn, we have the means to provide training and support to enable your success!

What You Will Do

• Fitment (or removal) of accessories and equipment such as radios, lights & sirens
• Inspection and repair of motorbike items for quality finish
• Safe manoeuvring of motorbikes in and around the compound and workshop
• Ensure that good housekeeping practices are observed
• Ensure that all motorbikes & vehicles are parked in compliance with customer needs

What You Will Bring

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Understand working of automotive parts and components
• Ability to lift/handle automotive parts (sports bars, bumper bars etc)
• Strong attention to detail & safety‑first mindset
• Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• A team player, open to change, with good communication skills
• Able to pass Police clearance

Nice to Have

• Experience in motorbike accessory fitments
• Mechanical/ electrical aptitude and technical ability
