Privé Bespoke Services is a boutique luxury household staffing agency placing elite domestic professionals into the world’s most prestigious private residences. We serve Ultra High Net Worth clients across the UK, Europe and the UAE — supplying Estate Managers, Private Chefs, Butlers, Housekeepers, Personal Assistants, Chauffeurs and Close Protection Officers. We are growing across both the UK and UAE markets and are looking for commercially driven individuals to join us as Business Development Executives.
THE ROLE
This is a relationship-led, fully remote Business Development Executive position open to candidates based in the UK or UAE. You will represent Privé Bespoke Services — building referral partnerships, identifying UHNW clients who need household staffing and introducing them to us. We handle all candidate sourcing, vetting, interviews and placement delivery. Your focus is relationships and introductions. Everything else is taken care of. This role works alongside your existing commitments. There are no offices, no set hours and no targets. What you put in is what you get out.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build referral relationships with luxury estate agents, private bankers, family offices, interior designers and concierge services
- Identify UHNW individuals, villa and estate owners who require household staffing solutions
- Introduce clients to Privé and pass mandates to the founder for fulfilment
- Attend relevant networking events and private gatherings where appropriate
- Represent the Privé brand with professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You do not need a recruitment background or an established UHNW network to apply. What we need is drive, professionalism and the hunger to build. We are looking for:
- UK candidates: based in London, the Home Counties, the Cotswolds or other affluent regions
- UAE candidates: based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or with strong connections across the Gulf
- Confident, personable and professional — comfortable at the highest client levels
- Commercially driven and self-motivated — you thrive on results, not a clock
- Discreet and trustworthy — our clients and candidates expect nothing less
- Ambitious starters are as welcome as seasoned networkers — what matters is your commitment
WHAT YOU’LL EARN
Our placement fees range from 15% to 25% of a candidate’s first-year gross salary. Your commission is a competitive percentage of every fee you generate, agreed on onboarding and paid promptly upon completion.
UK: an estate manager placed at £60,000 generates a fee of £9,000–£15,000
UAE: an estate manager placed at AED 200,000 generates a fee of AED 30,000–50,000+
No retainer. No exclusivity. No minimum commitment. One introduction can be worth a great deal. The harder you work, the more you earn — with nothing holding you back.
