Position
Keyhaven Capital Partners seeks a motivated professional to work within a small, dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent modelling, communication and organisational skills, and be presentable and liaise with clients and other visitors to our offices in central London.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Deal flow management
- Log and enter new investment opportunities into Keyhaven proprietary database
- Create files for all new opportunities
- Maintain deal log for weekly team meetings and other occasions
- Prepare quarterly update for team on deal flow statistics
- Benchmark Keyhaven database against various market datapoints
Support Keyhaven teamβs regional and fund research programmes
Support Keyhaven team on investment projects
Attend meetings with fund managers and prepare follow up reports
- Create standard track record analysis for investment opportunities reviewed
- Prepare terms and conditions analysis for all investment opportunities
- Produce market matrices
Candidate profile:
- Organised, self-motivated, analytical and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work on multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Excellent academic experience including ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with strong writing skills
