We are seeking an experienced, professional housekeeper to care for a prestigious private home in Windermere. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who takes genuine pride in maintaining an immaculate home. If you notice dust others miss and believe bedlinen and laundry should be finished to a true hotel quality standard, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily and deep cleaning to an impeccable standard
- Laundry and ironing with particular care and precision
- Preparing the home ahead of owners visits
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Monitoring stock levels of cleaning products and household supplies
- Overseeing service providers and maintenance contracts, including air conditioning systems, gym and spa facilities and general property upkeep
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be discreet and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Residing in Windermere or the surrounding area
Days of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional weekend work may be required when the principals are in residence and during the shooting season.
