Join the founding team of Private Italy Tours. We are seeking an expert Italy Travel Designer to join our in-house team and help shape the future of our Italian portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of a new specialist brand within the established PTE Travel Limited group.
Role Overview
This isn't just a sales role; it's a "Designer" role. You will be the architect of high-end, bespoke journeys for a discerning global clientele (UHNW individuals and luxury travel advisors), turning complex requests into seamless, bucket-list itineraries. You will be in charge of creating highly personalised travel experiences across Italy, ensuring every journey is tailored to the client's specific requirements.
What We Offer

Your Responsibilities
- Tour Design: Crafting customised, complex itineraries from scratch based on client needs.
- Travel Expertise: Offering detailed regional insight and "insider" knowledge across Italy.
- Tour Planning: Coordinating logistics, high-end accommodations, and unique experiences.
- Sales & Consulting: Converting qualified leads into bookings and upselling enhancements.
- Operations Support: Assisting with client needs before, during, and after travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven background in tailor-made or luxury travel (3+ years preferred).
- Specialism: Deep destination knowledge of Italy; experience selling Italy travel is a requirement.
- Clientele: Experience working with UHNW direct clients or B2B Luxury Travel Advisors.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a consultative approach.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; the ability to speak Italian is a significant plus.
- Mindset: Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
