Job Description
We are seeking a self-employed compassionate and reliable live-in carer/companion for our elderly father, who has mild Alzheimer’s. This is a full-time position based in a farmhouse on a working farm just outside Shrewsbury.

- Personal Support: Assist with mobility, including transfers and use of mobility aids.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and cook nutritious meals.
- Companionship: Engage in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Appointments & Errands: Accompany to medical appointments and grocery shopping.
- Medication Support: Assist with preparing weekly medication as prescribed.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in condition to the employer.
