We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance, loss prevention, and customer service, ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to.
Responsibilities – SIA Door Supervisor
- Control entry and exit of all visitors and staff to ensure only authorised access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or incidents promptly.
- Manage queues, prevent overcrowding, and ensure smooth flow of people during busy periods.
- Deal with conflicts or challenging behaviour calmly and professionally.
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuation procedures when required.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate log records.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and confident presence at all times.
Requirements
- Must have 5 years verifiable employment/qualification history.
