About the Role

You will predominantly work with older adults, supporting them with a range of conditions such as falls, frailty, and deconditioning. There are also opportunities to work within your expertise in areas such as stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s, orthopaedic rehab, surgical rehab, respiratory, cardiac rehab, and more. We aim to keep your caseload as local as possible, and travel reimbursements apply for journeys beyond 6 miles.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong background in elderly and/or neurological rehabilitation
  • Substantial NHS experience as a qualified physiotherapist in the UK
  • A passion for delivering excellent care in a home setting
  • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum of 8 years’ post‑graduate experience
  • HCPC and CSP registration
  • UK Driving Licence
  • A warm, professional approach with a commitment to patient‑centred care
