The Agentic Capability Engineer is responsible for helping departments identify, design, deploy and optimise AI agents and automated workflows within their day-to-day operations. Acting as the bridge between business teams and Agent Factory, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand challenges, implement AI-powered solutions, train users and continuously improve agent performance. This role is modelled on the highly cross-functional capabilities required to successfully introduce and scale agentic ways of working across WWE. This is an initial six-month fixed-term contract opportunity, with the potential for extension, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Business Discovery & Process Analysis: Work with teams across the business to understand processes, pain points and opportunities for automation. Document workflows and identify where AI agents can deliver measurable value. Translate business requirements into agent and workflow specifications.
  • Agent Design & Deployment: Configure, test and deploy AI agents using WWE's agent platforms. Collaborate with Agent Factory to develop new capabilities and improve existing agents. Support the rollout of agentic solutions across multiple departments. Ensure agents are aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Training & Adoption: Deliver training and coaching to users across the organisation. Support teams in embedding agentic working practices into their daily operations. Promote best practice usage and encourage adoption of AI tools and workflows.
  • Optimisation & Feedback: Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor the effectiveness of deployed agents and workflows. Work with Agent Factory to refine prompts, workflows and agent behaviours based on operational feedback. Contribute to the continuous improvement of WWE's agent ecosystem.
  • Knowledge & Asset Creation: Develop reusable agent playbooks, workflows and documentation. Help build a library of organisational capabilities that can be delivered through agents. Share learning, best practice and successful use cases across the business.

Due to the nature of our work, you may occasionally be required to work outside standard hours to support events or meet key deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
  • Highly organised with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience implementing process improvements or technology-driven change.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Background working with AI agents, large language models or workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Open Claw, Hermes or similar agent orchestration platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
  • Exposure to software development, APIs or systems integration.
  • Ability to train users and support technology adoption.
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience within the events and/or travel industry.
