About the role: Support a 28‑year‑old powered‑wheelchair user with CP, epilepsy & LD: personal care, epilepsy‑aware meds, safe moving/handling, diary/appointments (Lead), skills building, community activities (handball, adaptive martial arts), DJing, volunteering, and holidays.

Values: Values‑led, reliable, great communicator. Lead/Senior: complex‑care coordination + epilepsy competence.
