Private Household in Bristol is seeking two proactive Personal Assistants to support a 19-year-old autistic young man.

You will help him engage in activities around Bristol, often with a family member present, learning his communication cues and moving at his own pace.

The role goes beyond accompaniment; you will research activities, arrange bookings, encourage participation, and collaborate with the family to create new opportunities for community engagement.
