I am a disabled adult employer based in the Warrington and Appleton area, looking for reliable, respectful, and friendly Personal Assistants / Support Workers to support independent living. This is a direct employment role supporting one person, not rushed agency care. The role involves helping with day‑to‑day life, personal care, moving and handling, health‑related routines, preparing food and drinks, domestic tasks, appointments, community access, social activities, and general practical support. No previous care experience is required as full training can be provided. The role may suit those interested in health and social care, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, disability support, or community care, as well as individuals moving from retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service who want meaningful work.
