About the Role:
A warm and professional UHNW family is seeking a highly professional nanny to provide exceptional care for their three children (aged between 3 and 7). The ideal candidate will be confident taking full responsibility for the children’s daily care, schedules, and development. A bonus if fluent French speaker.
This role requires a high level of flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach.
Private live-in accommodation is provided. This is not a rota role, it is a full time 24/5 position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities.
• Manage structured daily routines, including mornings and bedtimes.
• Oversee school/nursery drop-offs and collections.
• Supervise extracurricular activities, playdates, and social engagements.
• Travel extensively with the family (including Europe and international travel during holidays).
• Prepare, pack, and unpack for the children.
• Maintain organisation of the children’s bedrooms, wardrobes, and play areas.
• This is a 24/5 role, provide overnight supervision via a monitor (the children sleep through the night).
Candidate Requirements:
• Must have right to work in the UK
• Proven experience in a similar live-in nanny role (at least two years with same family)
• Highly organised, discreet, active, and professional
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Must maintain a valid passport at all times
• Flexible with working weekends, long hours and schedule changes
• Full, clean driving license
• DBS check and strong, verifiable references required
• French speaker preferred
