Are you looking for a rewarding, flexible job that pays well, and you have some experience working in the care industry? Then look no further. We require an enthusiastic and caring person to assist 2 young ladies (sisters) to support them to access activities, local community, develop social skills, build relationships with peers, gain independence and general day-to-day living. This may be on an individual basis.
Experience with Autistic individuals and individuals with a Learning disability would be beneficial but not essential. This role requires someone to become a trusted adult who is outgoing, fun and organised. Applicants must be able to drive a vehicle.
Tasks will also include, but are not limited to:
- Some personal care
- Preparing meals
Full training will be provided. A DBS will be paid for by the employer. 8 hours per week (4 hours per week per young person) Monday – Friday after school during term times. Flexible during non-term times. Weekends flexible. Work schedule can be discussed at interview. Hourly pay rate is £13.50 per hour.
