A North of England family office — with interests across manufacturing, real estate and private equity — is hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO. This is a hands-on, full-spectrum role sitting at the heart of the group. You'll keep the operational engine running smoothly across diaries, properties, projects and group administration. It's a role for someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and gets things done without being chased.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the diaries, travel and logistics for the CEO and CFO.
- Coordinate a property portfolio of commercial assets — liaising with agents, contractors, tenants and solicitors.
- Project manage ongoing refurbishments, acquisitions and property works.
- Support the CFO across expenses, board packs and investor documentation.
- Own the logistics of board and shareholder meetings.
- Run office management and act as the group's first point of contact on operational and administrative matters.
WHO YOU ARE
- Highly organised, with a track record in a fast-paced or complex environment.
- Confident managing up and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders.
