The role

  • You will be responsible for the day to day care and security of the residence.
  • You will prepare guest bedrooms for occasional use by family guests.
  • You will maintain the garden and grounds, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, gardening, and seasonal clearance.
  • You will monitor and supervise the property’s utilities and services, including a wood chip central heating system.
  • You will maintain garden machinery and equipment.
  • You will supervise contractors on site when required.
  • You will report to the Factor and work with a flexible, practical approach to duties as they arise.

Working pattern
