The role
- You will be responsible for the day to day care and security of the residence.
- You will prepare guest bedrooms for occasional use by family guests.
- You will maintain the garden and grounds, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, gardening, and seasonal clearance.
- You will monitor and supervise the property’s utilities and services, including a wood chip central heating system.
- You will maintain garden machinery and equipment.
- You will supervise contractors on site when required.
- You will report to the Factor and work with a flexible, practical approach to duties as they arise.
Working pattern
This is a live in position with duties equivalent to a part time role. The location is rural but within close proximity of Dingwall and its local amenities, including supermarkets, GP surgery and pharmacy. The role is client facing and requires a personable and professional approach at all times.
