Your Responsibilities
Supplier Research & Management:
Source, compare, and secure suppliers for event needs.
Research addâon suppliers for branding and event requirements.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring costâeffectiveness and quality.
Maintain positive supplier relationships and resolve issues.
Review and manage budgets, raising changes early.
Event Planning:
Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and afterâhours activities.
Coordinate logistics with venue staff to ensure all details are in place.
Provide onâsite support to guarantee smooth event operations.
Internal Team Support:
Track and consolidate internal queries.
Maintain inventory tracking and update event sheets.
Monitor Notion updates and reflect accurately on the sponsor portal.
Qualityâcheck design aspects such as banners, signage, brochures, and promotional materials.
Requirements
Bachelor\âs degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in event planning, client management, or supplier research.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and detailâfocused abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is highly recommended.
UK work permit (no visa sponsorship).
