Your Responsibilities:
- Own part/entire outreach workflow: identify target segments, clean and prepare data, manage campaign setup and performance tracking.
- Maintain contact databases, ensuring data hygiene, accuracy, and proper segmentation.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses, reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth optimization.
- Develop and launch new growth initiatives and acquisition channels to drive organic expansion.
- Contribute to the company’s international expansion strategy, supporting the achievement of EU growth goals.
- Support developing the company’s brand as the go-to platform for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
- Execute at an incredibly rapid and intense pace.
Requirements:
- Min. 1+ years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, maybe followed by a Master’s degree.
- Aspiration to become world champion or future leader in a field within the company.
- Passion for the company's mission and a commitment to achieving long-term goals.
- UK work permit (we do not sponsor visas).
Start date: Flexible. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, based in our offices near Victoria. It is essential, as we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading events throughout the year.
