Your Responsibilities
- Supplier Research and Management
- Source, compare, and secure best suppliers for event needs.
- Conduct research to identify potential suppliers for add‑ons, branding materials, and other requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms for cost‑effectiveness and quality.
- Maintain positive supplier relationships and address issues.
- Review budgets and manage changes proactively.
- Event Planning
- Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after‑hours activities.
- Coordinate with venue staff for logistic details.
- Provide on‑site support to ensure smooth execution.
- Internal Team Support
- Track and condense internal team queries.
- Maintain inventory tracking and update event inventory sheets.
- Monitor Notion updates to ensure accurate sponsor‑portal reflection.
- Quality‑check design elements such as banners, signage, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience/knowledge in event planning, client management, or supplier research.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and detail‑oriented skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator highly recommended.
- UK work permit (no visa sponsorship).
Start date: Flexible, ASAP. Role is on‑site Monday‑Friday near Victoria office.
