Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle in selling high-value conference sponsorships to senior prospects.
  • Build new business revenue: deliver credible, professional sales pitches to new prospects to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Pipeline development: work with marketing and analyst team to source, contact, and set up meetings with potential sponsors.
  • Nurture client relationships: collaborate with content and delivery teams to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Leverage expertise: collaborate with content team to create compelling pitches for prospects.

What We Expect From You:

  • Solid experience in a B2B sales role with regular target overruns.
  • Drive and passion for sales and business development.
  • Team spirit and ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pride in work and high standards of quality.

Start date: Flexible, ASAP. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, based in our offices near Victoria. Essential for fast-paced, in-person collaboration to create market-leading events.
