For over 10 years, PEI has helped Investors, Fund Managers, and CXOs rethink what it takes to fundraise, invest, operate, and exit in Private Equity. We do this via online engagement and cutting-edge conferences in Singapore, UK, France, Poland & CEE, Benelux, Switzerland, Iberia, Germany, Italy, Nordics, and DACH regions.

Private Equity Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

The Opportunity

As an MBA Graduate, you will manage and grow all aspects of Private Equity Insights. Your responsibilities include building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of conferences, and driving the brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Execute strategies at a rapid pace.
• Develop the company\’s brand as the premier platform for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

• +4 years\’ experience in a fast-paced, high-work ethic environment such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
