Founded in 2013, Smile & Smile is an established independent dental practice entering an exciting new chapter with the relocation to beautifully designed new premises in Richmond, reflecting a modern and progressive vision for patient care and experience.
We are looking for an ambitious, organised and personable graduate or early-career professional to join us in a varied front-of-house and operations role within a modern healthcare environment. This is not a traditional receptionist position. The role combines:
- Patient experience and front of house
- Clinic operations and administration
- Office coordination
- Marketing and growth support
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and looking after patients
- Managing appointments, calls and emails
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations
- Assisting with invoices, reporting and staff administration
- Supporting social media, reviews and local marketing initiatives
Previous dental experience is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates from backgrounds such as business, marketing, hospitality, psychology, healthcare or customer experience. We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, organised, proactive and interested in operations, business and growth.
