ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

I'm recruiting on behalf of an established Yorkshire group with a varied portfolio spanning manufacturing, technology, and property investment. It's a genuinely fast-moving environment with a lot going on — a rebrand, new product launches, acquisitions, and a major site investment. No two weeks look the same.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a sharp, organised Executive Assistant to be the connective tissue across a senior team. You'll support four executives across the group — including two Managing Directors and a CFO — keeping everyone in sync, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and ensuring the right people are always in the loop. This is a comms-led EA role, not a traditional diary-and-flights position. Your superpower is organisation, clear communication, and a calm, proactive approach to keeping a busy leadership team aligned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate across four senior leaders, keeping diaries, priorities, and commitments in sync
  • Set and maintain cadences so projects and decisions keep moving
  • Act as a central point of contact, making sure information flows and nothing gets missed
  • Support a wide range of projects across the group — no two weeks look the same
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A naturally organised brain — you bring order to busy, disparate workloads
  • Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Discretion and sound judgement with confidential matters
  • A muck-in attitude — happy to turn your hand to whatever the team needs
  • Comfort with AI tools is a real plus (the business uses them heavily)
  • A people-focused or HR-grounded background is welcome — we value the fundamentals that come with it.

WHY JOIN

  • Be at the heart of a leadership team during an exciting chapter
  • Real room to grow — the remit can expand as fast as you can
  • A varied, never-boring role across multiple businesses and projects
  • A brand-new central Leeds office (currently mid-refit)
