This is a hands-on varied position supporting a dynamic CEO across both business and personal matters, suited to someone proactive, highly organised and naturally one step ahead. Lovely office environment and small collaborative team.

The role combines high-level EA / PA support with office management and lifestyle coordination. Responsibilities will include full EA support including:

  • Diary management
  • International travel coordination
  • Meeting preparation
  • Scheduling
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Assisting with projects
  • Organising events
  • Providing seamless day-to-day support to the CEO

The role will also include private PA and lifestyle management duties such as:
