This is a hands-on varied position supporting a dynamic Founder / Managing partner across both business and personal matters, suited to someone proactive, highly organised and naturally one step ahead. Lovely office environment and small collaborative team.
The role combines high-level EA / PA support with office management and lifestyle coordination. Responsibilities will include full EA support including:
- diary management
- international travel coordination
- meeting preparation
- scheduling
- preparing documents and presentations
- liaising with clients and stakeholders
- assisting with projects
- organising events
- providing seamless day-to-day support to the CEO
The role will also include private PA and lifestyle management duties such as:
- luxury travel planning
- restaurant bookings
- personal shopping
- property and household coordination
- appointments
- ad hoc personal support
Alongside this, you will oversee the smooth running of the office — managing suppliers, facilities, ordering, meeting rooms and ensuring the office operates efficiently day to day.
