Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Junior Personal Assistant to join a busy UHNW private family in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and discreet individual looking to develop their career within a private household environment. Working closely alongside the Family PA and wider household team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth daily running of family life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating diaries, appointments, and daily schedules
  • Assisting with travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  • Research and administrative support
  • Organising family events, special occasions, and gifting
  • Assisting the nannies with children’s schedules
  • Hands on with managing children’s appointments and assisting with pickups
  • Personal errands and lifestyle requests

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous PA, Team Assistant or Private Household experience
  • Full clean driving licence and confident driving in London
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Apple products, Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Tech savvy with experience setting up and troubleshooting devices, equipment etc
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable (French, Italian or German)
