We are looking for a sophisticated, high-energy Private PA/EA to act as the right hand to a Principal in Marylebone. This is a role for a dedicated professional who takes true ownership of their position, becoming an indispensable part of the Principal’s world. You will be the "anchor" of both the private office and family milestones, ensuring every detail is executed to a flawless standard. This contract position involves managing complex schedules, from medical appointments to coordinating with schools, tutors, and activities, organising both domestic and international travel.

Core Requirements

  • Recruitment Expertise: A mandatory background within a recruitment firm, to headhunt and manage top-tier household staff.
  • Calendar Mastery: Extensive experience managing multiple, complex calendars; expert at juggling shifting priorities with precision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in modern productivity tools, digital security, and seamless tech troubleshooting.
  • Presence & Mobility: A clean driving license is highly desirable to assist with local errands. You should be a "hands-on" professional who values being present on-site for key events.

The Role

  • Strategic Coordination: Proactive diary management and the seamless execution of complex international travel and logistics.
  • Event Architecture: Taking the lead on family celebrations, specifically planning and organising creative children’s birthday parties. You will be there in person to oversee these events, ensuring they are perfectly executed.
  • Staffing & Talent: Leading the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing household personnel using your industry expertise.
  • Digital & Private Admin: Managing sensitive correspondence, medical appointments, and financial renewals with absolute discretion.
  • Principal Support: Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and representative, comfortable running errands and managing lifestyle requests with efficiency.

Salary: £65,000-£80,000 per annum DOE

Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 18:00 (with flexibility for key events)

Location: Marylebone, London

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
