This is a hands-on varied position supporting a dynamic CEO across both business and personal matters, suited to someone proactive, highly organised and naturally one step ahead. Lovely office environment and small collaborative team.
The role combines high-level EA / PA support with office management and lifestyle coordination. Responsibilities will include full EA support including:
- diary management
- international travel coordination
- meeting preparation
- scheduling
- preparing documents and presentations
- liaising with clients and stakeholders
- assisting with projects
- organising events
- providing seamless day-to-day support to the CEO
The role will also include private PA and lifestyle management duties such as:
- luxury travel planning
- restaurant bookings
- personal shopping
- property and household coordination
- appointments
- ad hoc personal support
Alongside this, you will oversee the smooth running of the office — managing suppliers, facilities, ordering, meeting rooms and ensuring the office operates efficiently day to day. The ideal person will be calm under pressure, flexible, discreet, warm in personality and happy working within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
