Privatal is expanding and we are looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our growing Private Equity team in Dubai. Privatal works alongside leading private equity investors and portfolio businesses, delivering high-impact search solutions across Europe’s private capital markets. We support our clients through every stage of the investment lifecycle, combining deep market expertise with a fast, high-quality approach.

The Profile

  • We are interested in speaking with consultants who have 2–3 years recruitment experience and are ready to take the next step in a specialist, high-growth environment.
  • You may already recruit within private equity, finance, banking, or alternative investments, although we are equally open to individuals keen to build a long-term career within Private Equity, Transformation or M&A search.
  • You will ideally have:
  • A consistent track record of billing performance
  • Strong capability in business development and client acquisition
  • Experience running full recruitment processes from pitch through to close
  • A consultative mindset and commercial drive
