We are looking for a commercial, high-calibre finance leader who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (FD / Head of Finance / VP Finance) is essential.

Strong background in multi-entity, complex organisations and experience in private equity-backed and/or high-growth environments is required. Deep expertise in FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering is necessary, along with a track record of driving transformation and measurable performance improvement.

Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing, and margin levers is important, as is the proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge effectively.
